Meet the founder

Hi! I’m Cassia Tierney Clarke, and the power of physical momentum changed my life.

The slow inching forward of physical progress tethering me to my kite of joy, shedding years of false starts and frustration. I know just how it feels to live in deep frustration with yourself, always falling short of your goals, or perhaps just not having the courage to begin. Fitness is for everyone, and I am on a mission to prove that.

Over the last 4 years I have dedicated myself to my work as a coach, and Endure is the full culmination of that passion and learning. My own journey realised in simple, actionable programming and a loving community I wish I had whilst on my own path. Endure offers a different approach, focusing on progress in how you feel, how you fly, and what you discover about yourself. Celebrating your unique you, intrinsically. I hope I can help you start, and I hope when we do start, we don’t stop. Gathering joy just as I have, exploring the world with new eyes and fresh hope.

FOUNDER – ENDURE

Who is this for?

Endure is for those ready to embrace transformation, challenge their limits, and cultivate strength, resilience, and balance in a supportive community.

The Endure programme requires a minimum commitment of 3-4 months to see meaningful progress, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like—our continually evolving programme ensures there’s always a new challenge waiting for you!

The number of workouts per week depends on the programme you choose and your personal fitness level. Each plan offers adaptable options with different levels and alternatives, ensuring there’s always a workout that suits your experience and goals. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing advanced limits, Endure provides a pathway that fits seamlessly into your life.

You can sign up at any time during the month, with new intakes starting monthly. Wherever you are on your journey, you’ll join a community that moves forward together as one.

Equipment is optional—our programmes include options for both equipment-based and bodyweight workouts, so you can train effectively no matter your setup.

There’s a minimum commitment of 3 months, and after that, you can cancel with just one month’s notice.
